Quote from: AGISCI on May 06, 2002, 03:29:57 PMI wonder how that would apply to someone like me who has the "always logged in" box checked...

No.. the calculation isn't based on that. you need at least one click in 90 seconds to make you stay online .

Hi.

This is actaully 900 seconds not 90 seconds which means 15 minutes by default.

You can adjust this nmber by modifying writelog function in sub.php file:

subs.php

function WriteLog (){
   global $REMOTE_ADDR,$username,$db_prefix,$board;
   $logTime = time();
   $identity = $username;
   if($username == 'Guest') { $identity = $REMOTE_ADDR; }
   $request = mysql_query ("DELETE FROM {$db_prefix}log_online WHERE (logTime < ".($logTime - 900)." || identity='$identity')");
}

If you stay 900 inactive then you cannot stay as online on the board. After that when you click in any link  on the board this 900 seconds starets again.

I also posted that Online in last 24 hours mode to the mod ideas section which works but to be formatted again according to yabb board mod rules.

Sorry for that mistak.
Yes.. you are right, I have checked the manual.. and it is 15 minutes.. so my OnlineMod needs to change something..  if the user doesn't appear on the log_online table before.. the time will not be recorded. but it will be recorded in the second click

so the inactivity since the last click of the user is ignored.
