you need an apache server, php and mysql!
best you use complete packages like easyphp or something like that!

I Use NuSphere Pro Advantage.. :) Very High Costing But Very Awesome...

This Package Comes With The PhpED,mysql,apachev2.0,phpv4.12,perl,include modules etc....

Erm I don't see how they can charge for stuff you can get as free downloads... it's not THAT hard to configure them all running together.

They charge for that package as it's all in one installer.  They also have a free version that I use.
