[DONE 1.4.0] Mute users mod v1.3

Finally I got done with this mod, all bugs should now be worked out!

This is a complete re-write from the yabb gold version, and this is version 1.3

 This mod does these things:

-Updated to work with YaBB 1.4
-Fixed a bug that caused the "You are muted" message not to display

-Added message to muted users to tell them their muted anywhere in the template.

-Updated security: Muted users can not edit their messages if they know the action it takes.

-Fixed bug where if the user edited their profile while muted, they would be un-muted.

mute_users_13.zip

Upload and run the php file that's included in the zip to the same location as your Settings.php file.
If upgrading to Mute Users 1.3 from any other Mute Users version, you don't need to do anything with the php file.

If you are not running YaBBSE 1.4, do not attempt to run this install.

Upgrade instructions: Just uninstall the old one, and run  this new .mod. Nothing else.

help  i still cant unmute my self  .. i tried testing the mute function on the admin and i cant unmute  ...

Have you tried the NEW mod posted above, mcguire? It's different, the other mod was missing a couple things that made that happen.

yup i just installed it today..   ..its probably because i had the old copy installed and its interfering some how with the new one.. oh well i will try to delete the table variable for the muter users and give it a shot.. else wise cool mod

If a user knows the URL to start a new thread, then they can still post right? Its not really muting them. What you should use is:
if ($muteuser == 1) die("You have been muted. Please contact an Admin for details.");
Have that in the code where the user is starting a new topic. Unless you did do this already, did you?

IMPORTANT UPDATE:
If you've downloaded this mod, please re-download and uninstall the old version and install this new version (the database is fine, you don't have to touch it at all.)

Just hit the link above and download version 1.1

Fix in 1.1:
Muted Users can no longer edit their own messages if they know the action for editing.
