Errors installing data packages

tried installing yabbse and am having some serious problems getting it going.  Its kind of funny cause I had it installed and running at one point then I tried viewing it and nothing happened.   Uninstalled the board, deleted the database and started fresh.

Now I cant install.  After I enter in my database information and it starts installing I get error messages up the ying yang.

"Inserting data package 23
Errors: Can't lock file (errno: 116)"  I get that same error all the way to data package 95.

Can someone perhaps tell me what this has to do with and what I can do to fix it.

Well there is a problem with mySQL on your machine, get your host to check into it.  Maybe a full temp dir?

Alright Ill look into it.  The funny thing was it was working fine this morning.  I tried editing some stuff in my forum preferences and then she just shut er down.  I clicked save and then I couldnt view any of the pages anymore.

But I would think that if you cleaned everything out  and re-installed everything would be fine.
