Upgrade package DOES NOT work!

I followed instructions to the letter.
I upgraded a YABBSE 1.0 to 1.3 using the tar.gz file.

- Bugs when logging in as a user in that when you enter a topic, the above buttons return to as if he'd logged out.
- Bug as administrator... cannot log in!

Good thing I kept a backup.

Restored everything to 1.0

BTW, my newly installed 1.3 works fine.

The upgrade does work, you may have done something wrong...

Seems like a lot of users are reporting that logged out "bug" after pressing send topic or reply button.

Nothing was changed with cookies in 1.3, try logging out and doing the regular cookie things.

I swear I don't know how so many people can have these issues.  In my 6 years on the web, I have NEVER had cookie issues.
