Heya,
Firstly let me say that I love YaBB, it works really well, and I wouldn't use any other board for my site.

However...
It is very confusing and hard to keep track of which bits and pieces we should be downloading when you guys release new versions, or bug-fixes for new versions. This makes it frustrating and, to tell the truth, I wouldn't risk upgrading my board for fear of having the wrong files (yes, I do back it up). (Also, I hate how any errors generated as a result of having the wrong files show your true file paths).
Most of the time, the downloads you have in your download section are the base install, and then you have to go hunting through this board's posts to find the locations of the various bug-fix files. Can't you just put up a new tar.gz/zip/exe with a subversion number once you've added the patches and made sure it's stable? Eg. 1.3.3.0, 1.3.3.1.... Or, if you can't do that, how about a section on your downloads page for the correct patch files?
Just a couple of cents worth of feedback for ya.
