admin log out things

whenever i do something like edit a message or change my forum template or something like that, when the page reloads again it always says 'An Error Has Occured - you are not allowed to access this section'
and at the top it says 'Hey Guest...' which suggests that it has logged you out but if you click on any link the page loads and you are logged in again - so i suppose it's not that important but it'd be useful to be able to fix it, cheers

...also when i try to send an instant message it says 'Instant Messaging is only for members' and it appears that i'm logged out

That exact same thing has just started happening to me, and before today its worked fine.  And when I logged in I selected stay logged in forever, and still it appears to log me  out!
