I just finished optimize all buttons/bullets/smileys I need to use in my board. Just to let everyone know.. I save many "K"s...

256 colors GIF image ---> 32 colors GIF image..

Can't notice any quality loss in those files at all.

Actually, you're right  I have a zip pack here with all the images optimized and it does lower the size down a good amount.

I don't like your button style, so I changed it to the Gold style..

About the optimized images, you should put it in the release package.. Lewis.
