News Fader Error

This is what mine is doing........the back ground in the fader is black.............all text is neon green.  Fader loads the first item once with green text then the next load it reloads the first item with black text making it unable to be seen then freezes.  Never ever gets to the second item before it freezes with the wrong color text.

Still having the issue myself. I haven't tried putting back the template that comes with the distribution.

Any thoughts on what in a template modification might cause such a page error?

It would be good to have an idea as to why this may have happened, so it could be avoided in the future.

The news fader is a great feature of YaBB and it would be a shame not to be able to make full use it

Ok I fixed that issue.  First of all do all of you template modifications in admin under - Edit Your Forum Template
do not mess with the color settings in - Forum Preferences and Settings.  Having two locations seems to be the problem some what.  When I up loaded the new board I set it to look how I wanted the board that was messed up and cut and paste the html over.  The only thing I changed in Forum Preferences and Settings was the news fader settings was News Fader Title color to match the background of my site and the News Fader News Color to the color I wanted the text.  I dont know........but its working now and thats how I did it.  I suggest putting the origanl hmtl in the template and going thru it again slowly.
