Every time I try to either modify something as a moderator or send a private message it says that I am not allowed to do this..... but It does it anyway.... ???

Here is my Board. I need help!

I have no idea why it would say you dont have permission but allow you to do so anyway.

Delete cookies, history folder, refresh site then try again
