Help with Installer!!!

Ok. I just installed PHP 4 and MySQL. Now Im ready to start the installation.

Rundown:
Im using Windows XP Pro
Using IIS 5.01 or 5.1 (I dunno)
PHP4 Installed
MySQL Installed

But in the install page what do I do? It says:

"Install to directory: <?=$installdir?>"

I made a new folder and I changed the directory to

"C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\community"

but it doesnt do anything. I leave it alone and press "Start Installation" but it still  doesnt do anything, just reload. What am I suppose to do?

Also I have my own server so I dont know of a username to input since I installed MySQL myself. Do I have to make my own username? If so how?

ok, sorry got installer working. =). I was running it a a local PHP when  had to run it as a.. well nevermind.

But still...  how do I create a username for MySQL in my own server???

mySQL in windows installs without a username or password so u can leave it blank... but if you have to have a username and password add these lines to your my.ini file located in your %windowsdir%

and take a big guess what u replace * with?
