Smilies Not Working

Well I added the smilies package to my board...  the default smilies all work but the new ones that I added do not work.  They popup in the window and all just that when you post you see the code and not the image... so if i were to use :blablabla and it was meant to be a pic of some1 going blablabla instead of the pic i still only see the code....

any ideas ?

Where did you unpack your smilies? Just unpack them to the YaBBImages directory. Then go to the admin area and modify the smilies or add them. You only need the code (blahblahblah) and the name of the smilie which is given to the code, lets say blah.jpg. And also make sure not to give accidently the same code to two smilies, messes up the pop-up window.

Oh no... I just tried to add the mod again and now I get this:

2: Supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource

On every page so basically the forum is now locked out as you can't get ot any of the pages nor the admin centre... oh hodi hodi ho... said santa...

any1 have any flash ideas ?  plz....

it is ok i just re uploaded subs.php and post.php and all is well...

looks like there is no way for me to get the smilies mod to work cause it screws around with my board to much...
