Well I did a search of asp includes and one of the sites I found shows it that way. It's worth a try!

Well this is what i get:

Active Server Pages, ASP 0126 (0x80004005)
The include file 'http://forums.tweakers.com.au/SSI.php?function=recentTopics' was not found.

http://forums.tweakers.com.au/SSI.php is the exact URL of the SSI.php file... so whats goin on?
