Well the paths are set wrong in Settings.php for you, tell me what you have boarddir and sourcedir set to.  And post a phpinfo for me if you can

Now I've got another problem.  I created my Admin account but now I can't get to it.  Whenever I try to login it says I should fill in username, but I do!

What is going on now?

Now it's worse.  It's not letting people register because it says there is an invalid character in username (when there isn't.)

What in the world is going on?!

Ok I was getting the same thing.  All I did was changed the Url's in settings to the real address like 66.69.181.155/  and that fixed the problems but then I get to log in but can't stay logged in I get this message when I log in and try to change profile

An Error Has Occurred!

You are not allowed to change this person's profile.

And I can not create a Admin account!
