hey i still get this

2: OpenDir: No such file or directory (errno 2)
(./Sources/Profile.php ln 159)

but my paths set too...

$facesurl = "http://webdesign.ionmusicnet.com/forum_php/images/avatars/";         
$imagesdir = "http://webdesign.ionmusicnet.com/forum_php/images";            
$ubbcjspath = "http://webdesign.ionmusicnet.com/forum_php/ubbc.js";                           
$faderpath = "http://webdesign.ionmusicnet.com/forum_php/fader.js";

take the trailing / off of all the dir variables.  yabb never uses the trailing /

i did that same deal..
