Matt I am having some stupid probbies with general package manager.

Well here is my package server:

And when I go to install the mod for the referrers it says that it has installed it but nothing happens. I mean no files have been modified. I have the .mod file if you want to see it, but it should work, because I use <file><search><replace> with their terminators respectively.

is the mod file called:
modification.mod
?

is it (the mod file) in a directory structure like this:
Packages/Mod_Name/Packages

are you setting the base directory and path to:
Packages/Mod_Name
