If someone want to be notify by a thread and clicks the notify button. YabbSE asks (do you really want to?).
please disable this question by default. Just time consuming

also adda function in notification windows to disable all notifications

I like the step personally as sometimes I press it accidently.  As for the notifications window, you CAN unsubscribe by checking multiple checkboxes...
