I don't know if this has been posted b4, but i want to see an advanced forum rights mod. like make it so only certain member groups can post, but all can read.

Amen to that idea. I could really use 2 MODS asap.

Announcements Forum - already in the works I see.

"Who can start threads" MOD. I'm doing a site for a well-known local editorial writer. I want the ability for only him to start threads (i.e. one of his editorials) and have members the ability to respond only.

No one but the Admin/Moderator would be able to start threads in Forum X.

Yes, please, I'm also searching for this.

It should be possible to decide whether also guests are allowed to post or only members of the board or special member groups.

This MOD is one of the most important ones to me. :)
