I recently downloaded new package managerand now
when I go to ADMIN then to MODs, click on browse after seeing "No packages yet" I hit download I get this:

I am trying to install Matts advanced smilies and when I do that I get
"An Error Has Occurred!

Once I see it added to the packages list and try to hit browse
