Errant processes

Do you have any idea what keeps making the process go wild and taking up all of the connections to the SQL Server? It's happened twice today so far as I know...

Also, what's the command to kill and restart the process, just so I know, for a linux box (I'm a windows sysadmin, don't really know all that much about linux...)... worried about this happening on my ISP's box and then getting flamed for it if I don't know how to stop it :-)

It's not a YaBB SE process - it's one from a script we have on the Lewis Media server.

There wasn't an errant process, I erased our database settings getting beta test packages ready :)
