It was a nice idea, but as Patty said, a toggle is definitely needed; this has massive potential for abuse and generally being a pain in the posterior. ;) In fact, it will more probably be a pain than not, in many cases, but sometimes it'll work very well without abuse, such as here...

Hey -- wait a minute -- why can't I lock this thread? I should be able to, right? I started it, after all ...

Did someone figure out how to make user lock go away? Please share ... honestly -- I don't see the button.

I made it admin/toggle able.  Now you can turn it on and off in the mod settings.

What does that teach us: if you complain enough, one of the dever's will get off his lazy ass and implement it   ::)
