I cant Delete Posts on my forum i get a error

Problem Description:
When i try to delete a post or a email in my inbox i get this error

An Error Has Occurred!

Invalid referring site.
Could someone help me fix that. Also at the bottom of my forum these letters appear. when i go to my original url and try to delete a email it deletes but when i go to my short url  cooldownloads.funurl.com  it doesnt let me delete my posts and emails does anyone know how to fix this
