Adding members to self defined group

YaBB SE Version: 1.5.5

Problem Description:
Hi there,

How do I add a member to a self defined membergroup? The only thing I've found is to alter the member record  in the database directly. Am I missing something?

Open his/her profile, click 'modify' top centre and look for the 'position' drop-down at the bottom.

I think you mean, let a user elect to join a group on their own...?

Currently, this is not possible.  You may wish to request such a possiblity in the Mod Ideas board.

Thanks, but no, I meant from administrator. I'm separating a private board for a inner circle of members.
