Changing username

Problem Description:
Hello-

A user requested that I change her username.  Not just the one that shows up, but the one she logs in with.  I found no way to do this in the admin panel, so I changed it using myphp.  That worked sort of.  She can log in with the new name, but her posts all lost their connection to her.  If you click the name on one of her previous posts, it says the username doesn't exist.

What else do I have to change to reconnect these old posts to her new name?

You will have to modify each of her posts 1 by 1 and put the new name in there.

A better way would be the following query:

UPDATE yabbse_messages
SET posterName = 'new_name'
WHERE posterName = 'old_name';
