Problem Description:
What is the difference between Global Moderator and Moderator?

Thing is, one of my friends wants to be moderator of one particular board - how can I do this without letting them be able to moderate other boards? ???

Globals moderators moderate ALL boards. Moderators just moderate specific boards. That is the difference.

To make regular moderators you would go into the admin center and into create/modify/delete boards and add their username to the moderator input box and then save that board. Repeat this for each board you want to make that user a moderator of.

Global Moderator: Has the power to moderate the entire board.

Moderator: Only moderates certain sections you assign them to. To assign them just go to Edit Boards and in there should be a field entitled Moderators next to the board titles just simply enter the name of the person you want as a moderator of that board.

ah, thought it was in admin section - I thought you had to change them to moderator in their profile - but there's only Global Mod, Administrator and blank...
