Global Moderator profile edit error + admin profile edit question

Problem Description:
Hi there!

It seems that when I, as admin, go to modify a user's profile that their profile has my information (display name, email address, location, birthdate, post count, date/time registered...but not avatar selection or signature) vice their information. Attempting to ignore that and just modify gives the "name in use" error.

I have one global moderator who couldn't modify her own profile (getting the "can't modify this user" message). When I changed her back to "member" she was able to fix her profile. I saw a reference to that in regards to the cookie name. Is that the reason for this problem?

How do I go about altering member's status without having to copy and past their name, email address and the like?


I do have the supermod installed, but I had to manually enter email addresses/names in user profiles before I did that.

You're not using apostrophes or other weird symbols in the membergroups are you?

This issue is probably related to the installed mods, for supermod please use this support forum:
