bug: application mod?

YaBB SE Version: 1.5.4
PHP Version: 4.3.1
MySQL Version: 3.23.x
Server Platform: Windows

Problem Description:
I found application mod, and even managed to install it. However I experience a bug.

I applied as new member to the forum. Then I logged in as Admin, and got a remark of a new applicant on the homepage.
I clicked on the link, and accepted the new member.

Then I went to edit / delete members, where I found a link 'view applicant', and after clicking on it I was again able to accept the same new applicant as before.

I am sure this is not right, since you do not want to accept people twice.

How can I solve this?

I thought it would be a good idea if somebody reported a bug. I am a newbie so I am not familiar with all the details of your forum.
Please keep that in mind and give me a little more information about 'the relevant board' or please move the question yourself.
