Conversion successful but thread missing

I have converted from YaBB Gold SP 1.3.1 to YaBB SE 1.5.3 which went smoothly without any error messages. But one very important thread is completely missing (topics 0, posts 1), obviously it didn't get converted. How can I troubleshoot this situation?

I have lost about 50 threads and 1000 posts in them.

Convertor says it is all converted without errors, but then I did rebuild message index, it says there are errors and deletes that threads.  :'(
