How do I sort board to show newest posts first?

Problem Description:
Is there any mod available, or possibly a function that I am missing, where I can have the messages in a topic sort so that the newest messages show first, not last? ??? ???

Installed 'Mods' Settings and Options => View Newest Messages First :)

I hope I searched correct for my answer.  I just changed my board to show newest messages first, and I noticed the "Reply #1" is now incorrect.   The first shown message, the newest, is treated as the original message.   The last message in the thread, which is actually the original post will have Reply #3 or whatever next to it.   Any ideas on how to fix this?
