Cloak or Block users

I need a module that allows users to block themselves from other users,
including removing thier posts form thier actual screen when used.

such as,
if one person feels harassed  by another user, but really its nothing a mod shoudl attend to..

that user can cloak themselves individually form the user they wish not to be seen by,

as well as not see any posts in threads by that user they wish to ban themselves from seeing or being seen.
