Admins/Global Mods have to authorise new forum members

I'm in the process of getting a new board up and running on YaBBSE 1.5.4

I was running on YaBB 1 Gold SP 1.1 before, and had a mod called "Advanced Registration Options" which added a whole host of things that could be done when a new use registered.

The most useful feature of this on our old board was that, although a new user could register, they had to be authorised by an admin.  The IP address of the prospective member was displayed, so it could be checked against known sources, etc.  The admin would then have an additional icon in their menu bar called "Unconfirmed Members" and from that they could say yes or no to membership.

I'm after a similar mod for YaBBSE 1.5.4 that allows both admins and global moderators to authorise new members access to the forums.

Put it this way, this mod saved our butts from dicks on more than one occasion on the old board, so if someone can oblige, I would be most grateful (I may even slip you a crate of virtual beer )
