Am new to this

I have my server all set up, and I have enabled Avatars.  I can choose one, and it shows up in my profile, but it does not show up under my name in the threads that I have posted in.

Any reason why?

In Forum Preferences and Settings make sure that 'Show User Pics in Message View' is enabled.
