Problemas al modificar mi foro

Descripción del Problema:
Tengo un problema con el foro, me aparece el siguiente mensaje Sorry, the copyright tag <yabb copyright> must be in the template.
Please notify this forum's administrator that this site is using an ILLEGAL copy of YaBB!
Le estaba modificando los colores de los links y me apareció ese mensaje, yo tengo guardado el código de la plantilla tal como estaba antes de que me apareciera ese mensaje, ya tenia varios días usándolo, me aparecio ese mensaje y coloqué los códigos de la plantilla guardada, y aún no se arregla ese problema...

¿Cómo soluciono esto? :S

Puede que en el template hayas borrado en la parte baja la zona que hace referencia a yabbse.

Es más, ahora coloqué encima el index.php y ni siquiera carga mi página... ¿Qué tendré que hacer para que el foro vuelva a funcionar?

Borré las tablas y usé el proceso de instalación otra vez, pero ahora sale este error:

¿Qué hay que realizar para que no ocurra ese error?
