As there's no YaBB SE code inthis one, I am free to release

This version has only so far gone through very minimal testing - please treat with caution. I wouldn't normally release this soon after finishing, but I know you are all champing at the bit for this. Besides, it is only the 'authentication' routine that has changed from the version I had before (which has been in constant use for almost a fortnight

Also please note that I have a few busy days ahead, do not be offended if I don't respond to anything regarding this till Sunday (but I'll try & poke my nose back in earlier)
