PHP Version: 4.3.1
MySQL Version:
Server Platform: Windows

Problem Description:
I downloaded the yabbse_1-5-4_update.  Am I right in assuming that you just need to replace the existing files with the new in this update.zip file?  Or is there an upgrade.php or something that I need to automate this upgrade.

I am upgrading from 1.5.3 to 1.5.4

yep, just replace the files, theres no update/upgrade script to be run
