i would like to add wood or maybe a animated gif image to my template does anyone know how? I have an animated gif of the matrix that i would like to have seen in the background of the main page aka  behind it.

If i could make the boarders a wood or marble color that would be sweet also

that's when you're not used to it... after a while you don't see the code anymore, you see a blond, a brunette, a redhead...  

to have the img in your background, add the following property to the body tag

or use the following style for whatever you wanna apply it to (the body, a table, etc):
