Converting Yabb G 1.1 To Yabbse 1.5.1 Problems step 13 Help

Step 12: Open your browser and run converter.php (e.g. http://www.yourserver.com/yabbse/converter.php)

Step 13: Follow the instructions on the screen and fill in the necessary information. When asked, tick/check "purge database".

Step 14: If all goes well, all past messages, members etc. will be merged into your new YaBBSE.

Hello! Please help me for I don't see any threads to this. Here is what I did.

There is a warning after each one of my members!! whats going on??

Ummm... I've never used the converter, but perhaps you should check your variables directory...?

I dunno.....  maybe those are certan files in my Variables folders that Yabbse doesnt use?

Also the thing that has me really troubled is that the members, ALL 1500 of them have this error:

what can cause this?? Also I am following the steps posted on this page for doing all of this.

OK UPDATE! I deleted the yabbse 1.4.1 forum

install yabbse 1.5.1 & tryed again with the lastest converter!

I GET THE SAME EXACT ERROR AHHHHHHHHHHHH

What am I doing wrong up there?
