hey is there some way to create a maximum size for avatars? sometimes member avatars are too big and i don't won't to have to change them all (and sometimes it gets annoying) what should i do?

In in the admin center, go into the forum preferences and settings. In there you will find 2 boxes for the avatar height and width maxium. Just change them from 0 to something else to change the max.
