HELP....install not working at all......

I've tried the regular install and the safe-mode install and neither one works.....

 I have prohosting as my host.....

I create a dir and chmod it...... upload the install file in ascii and the yse151.ya in binary then goto the url and up comes a Internal Server Error..!?!?!?!?........

and no matter what I do, it does not work....

I actually got it to install once, but as soon as I went to view it, the Internal Server Error came up again!?!??!...

 Please HELP ME..!!.... I've been trying to make this work for over a month now.....

can you give a link to your phpinfo?

the php info is all good I think....

Don't install it in a CGI-BIN folder, make a brand new directory, if you can.

it's not in the CGI-BIN folder..... it's in a folder named brainboard......


  I've gone through this thing more times than I can count.....

 I think I'm going to cry.... hahaha.....

If you want me to take a stab at trying to get it installed for you, send me a PM with the following information:

MySQL server
MySQL username
MySQL Password
MySQL Database (please create it for me)

FTP Username
FTP Password
FTP Server.

Sub directory to be installed in (should be a blank one, with nothing in it).

You are under no obligation to do so, however I might be able to help troubleshoot it more for you, if not, I can probably summarize a bit more in detail for the other support team members and draw from my fellow teamie's strengths and knowledge.
