Under the text Message: some forums have the smiles there and they can add smiles to that list. How can I put them there and add new ones?

I wrote the mod; what exactly are you looking for? Smilies would look terrible under the message box. Just keep them at the top like normal, or use a different form of smiley viewing that's built into the mod.

Did you install your forum yourself? If not it is strongly recommended to *not* install any mods. Only install mods if you know the stuff.
