I want to apply a custom header to my board

I was wondering if this would be possible.


I use an html header & footer on all my pages via ssi so they all look uniform. Is it possible to do the same with index.php by changing the template? I would really love to add the header on the board.

try to use the php include statement
if that doesnt work, just put the html content of the header and footer into template.php
