[request] 'stamp' image

Hello!

Can someone please make an image for me?
It's simple.

Just a text called 'eraZed',
with (maybe) a border.

Color is red, font is bold.

And the border and text should be applied
by a disturb filter.
The text + border should look like a stamp.

Like when you are stamping documents.

Should be a GIF.
(So just the red stamp text + border and rest is transparent!)

And if:

With the PHP functions I can copy images,
and put them *over* other images and display them.
As we know IE doesn't schow PNG tranparence.
If I use a transparent PNG, copy it with PHP,
put it into a GIF and display it. then the PNG got transparent, yeah?

Then:

I want a PNG instead the GIF.
