Board not updating for one user

I have 1 user who, when viewing only 1 of my boards, gets a version of that board from a while ago.

In other words, none of the topics that are recent are there, posts don't get added, he has 0 IM's even though he actually has 5...

He is using winXP and IE6... nobody else has had problems.

cookie problem or IE using a cached file when it shouldn't?

I would vote for a cache problem.

Have him to a force reload

ctrl + F5
