I just converted a YaBB Gold board to the latest YaBB SE.
Now let me say first: it was a freakin' nightmare to convert this board. The YaBB Gold was hosted at Readyhosting, and the Win servers there really screwed up the files during transfer/backup. It took two people and about four dozen backups to get all the info, and files are still coming back corrupted.
Now that it's at a Linux/Unix host and converted, the YaBBSE is really REALLY slow. It takes a long time for the threads to load, and I'm seeing a lot of blank pages.
My own YaBBSE is located at the same host. I haven't upgraded just yet, but I have no problems.
Here's the sluggish board (only folks who are 18 and older should click on this link). The forums come up pretty quickly; it's the threads that are slow:

Any help would be appreciated.
