Need suggestions on colors

Here is my site:

The portal system is based on YaPP.
Please suggest me of a color for the background of the blocks.
All the other colors I would like to stay as they are right now.

It looks nice the way it is .. but you might try '#DAE4ED' or '#E9F0F7'

I chose the second one, thanx mate!
But is it possible to achieve the same effect with these blocks here? I mean the 3D line above each link, and the shadow on mouse over of each one.

Check the css which are used here:

I suppose its the "nav..." and the "menu..." classes where to look at.
