[Done 1.5.x] Last Post Icon v1.01 SE

One of the things I change whenver I put up a new YaBB (perl or php) is change the way the Last Post cell is shown. I perfer to have a little icon for on the side, then have the subject shown. It makes the box look a little more streamlined.

Very nice, I only changed it a bit :

- the align=right made it look strange in my cells, so I made it center a few things.

- the alt="" I changed to alt="' . $subject . '"

Yeah, that can look a little funny in some templates. When I get around to making an admin option, I'll give left/center/right options
