Joinable user groups where the members choose/apply to join a group and the group moderator can use the group to arrange meet ups and email out news etc.

An invitation mod where a user can send an 'invitation' leading there friend to register.

Private boards that members can set up with key access (See VBull's Hotel Mod)

A Jukebox mod, although I'm not sure if that one already exists as it rings a bell.
