Step 5 error "file not found"

Hello all,
I decided to take the plunge and move to YaBB SE 1.5.1.  Anyway I installed the Board and everything went like clockwork.  When I run the converter everything goes well until step 5.  I get these 3 errors:

Warning: file("/usr5/home/myserver/public_html/cgi-bin/YaBB/Boards/nuCompany's.dat") - No such file or directory in /usr5/home/myserver/public_html/Board/converter.php on line 555
 Inserted board:

Warning: file("/usr5/home/myserver/public_html/cgi-bin/YaBB/Boards/nuCompany's.txt") - No such file or directory in /usr5/home/myserver/public_html/Board/converter.php on line 568

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /usr5/home/myserver/public_html/Board/converter.php on line 569

Now I do have these files on the server.  It did convert most of the other boards with no problem.  Any I deas?
Thanks in advance for any help.

OK I figured it out.  In case anyone else ever has a similar problem here is the skinny....

The converter program was looking for files that pertained to a board that was named with a " ' "
- apostaphe in the name.  Now of course the dat and text files did not have it ie....      foo.dat  but it was looking for fo'o.dat .  So Dats Dat as we say in NYC.

PS.  Yes I know it was stupid to name a board with an apostraphe.  Why did I do it?  I will probably never know....
