<mod info>This mod will allow any member in a membergroup called "Reporters" to post on announcement boards without giving them full Moderator abilities. They will only be allowed to edit their own messages, etc. Just like a regular member.
*Important* Before installing this mod, please go to your admin center and create a new memebergroup called Reporter. Then anyone you want to be allowed to post on your announcement board. Go to their profile and at the bottom look for Position: and select Reporter. Now they will be able to use the announcement board. And you will not have to worry about them deleting or modifying other posts. This mod is used on my gaming news site

I coded this mod with 1.5.1 files. Please use Boardmod SE to install this modification. You can download Boardmod SE here:
