Disable Avatars and Signatures

I have a request for a mod. I think it is very useful for example for modem users and for those who like to see a "clean board".

In Members Profile there should be an option for "Disable Avatars" and "Disable Signatures". I have seen this options in some other boards and it is very useful. There was a mod for 1.41 for the avatars but it wasn't updated to 1.51 since then. I really hope that someone could write such a mod again and even for signatures, too.
